**About the Role**:
As an SMSF Manager, you will:

- Directly report to the Partner of the SMSF team
- Oversee a team of: 1 senior SMSF accountant, an SMSF administrator, and 1 casual accountant who assists with the SMSF Audits
- Oversee the completion of 250 SMSF's, and prepare them for external audits and tax returns
- Oversee 400 SMSF external audits
- Provide technical advice to partners and clients

**About You**:

- Proven experience as an SMSF Manager (or supervisor) in a public practice firm
- A full CA or CPA qualification
- Experience mentoring and overseeing a team
- Experience using software such as BGL 360 and XERO
- Great communication skills and precision
