**Your New Role**

As a People Consultant in the Member, Engagement, Education and Advice team (MEEA), you will play a pivotal role in enabling our leaders and teams to thrive. The role delivers tailored people advice and solutions for people-related matters including performance and conduct and safety management issues. The role also works to provide methodical recommendations regarding job design, remuneration evaluation and workforce planning/management. In addition you will:

- Providing expert guidance on performance management, case management, and structural changes
- Supporting workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
- Provide support to the Senior People Partners and broader People & Workplace team

- You’re confident navigating complex employee relations matters and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Consultant role
- Experience in ER/IR case management
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience supporting restructures and change management is highly desirable
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow
