**About The Role**:
Additionally, the role will:

- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team and wider People Team in areas of data management, interpretation, and troubleshooting.
- Action PageUp offer card approvals and create, update, and delete employee accounts on the Oracle HCM system.
- Ensure data integrity during the transition of Aust Ops data to HCM, including coding and testing with PMO.
- Process confidential data and information in accordance with set company guidelines.
- Generate various employee reports through HCM, such as Headcount reports, Personal Details reports, and Remuneration Reports.
- Liaise with the IT Department to update, correct, and manage complex data sets and ensure proper handling of the company's systems.

**About You**

Additionally, you will;
- High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a matrix organisation, aligning with global operating principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of HRIS Systems, particularly Oracle and PageUp.
