**_ About the service_**
The 120-place service is centrally located, close to public transport, and provides a parking spot for the leader. The centre is unwavering in delivering top-tier early childhood education and care. The service has established it as the preferred choice for families within the local community, as evidenced by the fantastic Google reviews and scores of positive family feedback.
**_About the role_**
**_ You will oversee the daily operations, including but not limited to:_**
- Guiding and mentoring a small-medium team of Educators
- Supporting and upholding the Centres policies, procedures, philosophy and regulations,
- Attend to administration tasks
- Develop collaborative partnerships with families
- Develop meaningful relationships with the wider local community
- Ensure the highest quality of education and care is transferred throughout.
**_ The non-negotiables_**
- Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
- Minimum of 1-2 years continuous experience as a Centre Manager
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
- Outstanding level of Verbal and Written Communication
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
- Strong organisational and time management skills
