**We are seeking a full-time admin/HR officer to work with us at Harden Grange**

**What you will do**:
The HR Administration/Rostering Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as:
- Working within a small team to coordinate the roster for staff
- Monitor staff availability and attendance, including coordination of shift replacements for scheduled and unscheduled leave
- Ensure rosters for all employees are accurate and filled
- Managing employee records and liaising with HR management
- General Administration e.g. Data entry/collation and reports preparation, records management, reception, and filing.
- General administrative duties, contributing to the efficient operation of our facility.
**What you will bring**:
- Previous experience in rostering and have at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Bring a positive and can-do attitude to contribute to our vibrant team culture.
- NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain) and COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses) to meet our commitment to health and safety.
