Tokar Estate is seeking a part time Cellar Door Supervisor who is organised, knowledgeable and energetic to maintain our busy cellar door.

Working alongside our other experienced cellar door supervisor in a shared role, you will collaboratively head up the operation of the outlet, ensuring a flawless experience for our guests

**The role will include the following**:

- Managing our small team of staff, including rostering, training and development.
- Further enhancing our existing relationships with industry tourism operators and identifying new business opportunities
- Stock control, ordering and accountability, including managing tasting stock and ensuring consistent sales across the entire Tokar range
- Overseeing the Tokar wine club, fostering growth and development, and providing a five-star member experience
- Identifying areas of improvement, and implementing systems to streamline operations and our service delivery model
- Weekly reporting to our wine operations manager, including budget's, labour reports, and sales trends.

- A genuine passion for wine, the hospitality industry and customer service
- An honest, hardworking and transparent work ethic
- Confidence in public speaking enabling you to conduct tastings to large groups of 20+ guests

**Hours of Work**:
We are looking for a part time staff member, ideally working Wednesday -Saturday, but flexibility will be given when negotiating regular days of work and number of desired shifts. An opportunity exists for either 3 or 4 days per week.

Local applicants regarded favourably, along with those who have attained a WSET level 2 or 3.

RSA mandatory, and unrestricted working rights in Australia.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
