Urgent- Community Services Trainer

**Community Services & Individual Support Trainers (Teachers) - Brisbane.**

**Two trainers are required at two different colleges in Brisbane CBD**:

- **College 1 Timetable: Tuesday - All Day (**_**Individual Support**_**), Friday - All Day (**_**Community Services**_**). Starts 1 September, 2025**
- **College 2 Timetable: Tuesday & Thursday - All Day (**_**Community Services**_**). Starts 25 September, 2025**

**Who we are looking for**

**You have**
- A minimum Diploma of Community Services
- A current Certificate in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or higher)
- A winning, professional attitude
- A love of working with others and getting along
- Experience teaching to adults is not essential and we welcome students and new graduates to work with us.

**You will**
- Create and manage your Profile on ReadyTeacher, including managing your availability on your calendar
- Prepare your lessons to a professional standard using the materials we provide you with and your own fun and creative touches
- Arrive promptly, maintain a professional appearance, depart promptly and accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including the attendance register for each day of work.
- Ensure that students have a positive experience in your classroom.

**What success looks like**

In the first month, you will receive a full onboarding from our team and get yourself class-ready. You will then accept your first bookings and start teaching some dynamic classes (unsupervised). You will get into the groove of preparing your lessons, connecting with students and listening for feedback.

In your second month you will own your classes fully, you will develop your own personal teaching methodology, and if needed receive guidance from our team. You will attend a number of our member institutions to facilitate positive learning experiences and have consistently positive and/or constructive feedback.

In the following months, you will have established relationships with Teachers, Students and Centre Managers and be creating dynamic classes whilst marking assessments.

Pay: From $66.03 per hour
