**About the Role**:
We are seeking a full time Sales Associates to join our team.

Our Boutique Sales team play an important role as the direct link between the finest products and customers. You will ensure a superior client experience throughout all touch points and build customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target

Possess strong product knowledge of the entire line of Montblanc products

Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a pleasant and welcoming environment

Stock control and inventory

Cultivate new and existing client relationships through memorable client experience and other CRM initiatives

Capture client information and actively develop a client base, consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships

Appropriately resolve client issues / concerns and escalate as needed to Management

About You:
You will have outstanding retail expertise, and extraordinary people skills. You are the ambassador of the brand, with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service every single time.

**In order to be successful in this role you will have**:
At least 2 years retail sales experience

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (a second language is desirable, but not essential)

A positive attitude and immaculate presentation

Flexibility across key trading hours including late night and weekends as well as flex ups during promotions and events

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Passion for luxury and customer satisfaction
