**This opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a Project Officer - Clinical Services (Residential) to be based at our Head Office in **Wayville**. **A little more about the role**:

- Actively participate in the implementation, reviews and audits of Resthaven’s Clinical Practice
- Develop quality cultures within the organisation
- Participate in the identification of improvement strategies
- Make recommendations for changes to procedures / policies and systems
- Develop and maintain audit documentation and records
- Undertake specific projects within the Clinical Services area as directed by the Senior Manager Clinical Services

**About you**:

- Registration with AHPRA is essential
- Current drivers licence
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice with a focus on older people
- You have knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement and quality management systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment, maintain flexibility to external and internal pressures and support others in these times
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
