**Permanent Part-Time Opportunity** **(Up to 15 hours/week)**

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **caring and reliable individual** to support people in their homes with everyday tasks, companionship, and social connection.

The position is responsible for staff administration (rostering, scheduling, and onboarding/compliance checks), resident management (admissions, records, and sales/enquiry coordination), and providing full general office support (managing meetings, finance administration, and stakeholder communication). UKG Rosters and ability to use My Aged Care portal Real Estate experience would be a bonus.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills. Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks.

- Manage daily **rostering**, fill vacant shifts, and support **new staff**
- Handle **admissions, transfers**, data entry, and coordinate **enquiries/site tours** for prospective residents, including fee quotes.
- Serve as the primary contact for **residents, relatives, and suppliers**
- Provide essential support including **scheduling meetings**, managing **accounts payable/banking**, and general clerical tasks.
