Medical Receptionist

**About the role**

An opportunity for an experienced customer service superstar to join our highly regarded ASX listed healthcare organisation as a medical receptionist, within a fast-paced environment. The clinic is located in Manningham Medical Centre, which is close to public transport and plenty of onsite parking available.

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
- Manage phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
- Front of house reception/greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required.
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background. The opportunity is for a full time team member, but we are open to discussing part time opportunities within our network as well.
