**Volunteer Driver - Client Transport**
- Colac Area Health is a values based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, 100 Volunteers and providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.
- Colac Area Health (CAH) provides current clients with the ability to access safe and comfortable transport between their designated pick up point and their destination through aVolunteer Driver Transport service.
- Some members of our community often do not have access to their own transport, are currently unable to drive due to treatment or don’t have family close-by to assist. The Volunteer Drivers ensure these people are transported to their appointment safely.
- This program wouldn’t be possible without Volunteers.

**What’s required?**
- Friendly and helpful disposition
- Ability to safely drive a car and obey road laws
- Ability to work independently
- A Colac Area Health car is provided for the transport
- Hours are flexible and transport requirements vary from 1 hour to 6 hours. Any amount of time you can provide is valuable.
- An orientation will be required at the commencement of your role
