**About You and the Role**:
The IT Technology Operations Analyst role is focused on the sourcing of user requirements, functional specification design and user engagement across the TechOps platform of cloud, network, endpoint and end user compute in order to help us deliver solutions that solve our customer’s problems.

The IT TechOps team is a team that has deployed a range of solutions into the business across all our tech disciplines including cloud, network, systems and end user compute. As a highly skilled and well engaged team, this role will see the right team member actively supporting solution design and delivery processes. There’s a lot to learn and even greater opportunity to be part of the solution delivery that helps John Holland through its digital transformation.

**Responsibilities of the role include;**:

- Resolve and debug IT systems and ensure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction
- Engage with our users and produce source various artifacts to clearly articulate problem statements to help our engineering team deliver solutions
- Assist in the prioritisation of work
- Preparation of stories for inclusion in sprints with sufficient detail to enable delivery by engineering team
- Strategising with other key stakeholders on how to best align IT systems with company outcomes
- Oversee deployments and ensure all teams are contributing to a successful outcome
- Assist in the onboarding of teams to a standardised technology tooling platform
- Facilitation of workshops, brown bags or training sessions
- Assist establishing new business or technical workflows and procedures
- Coordinate deliverables engaging with cross functional teams
- Reporting functions and data reviews
- Own initiatives and work with technical teams and stakeholders through to completion
- Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedures

**To be successful in this key role, you must have;**:

- Tertiary Diploma or Degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology or Cyber Security or equivalent experience
- AWS certificate
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in technical environments
- Experience capturing requirements and defining problems
- Experience owning issues through to resolution
- Experience working in an Agile delivery framework
