**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an innovative and passionate leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. In this key role, you will:

- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Foster a positive culture that supports growth, teamwork, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards while driving operational sustainability.
- Use your strategic management skills to oversee financials, rostering, and regulatory requirements.
