Your Opportunity
**As the Delivery Support Manager, you will**:
coordinate the activities of educational delivery support staff within their Faculty location/s, with a focus on high quality, timely, effective and efficient student delivery support services,
coordinate the operation of food inventory staff within the Faculty, with a focus on efficiency, cost and quality in relation to the procurement of food products, and
work closely with peers to ensure administrative practice, processes and quality of services is coordinated and consistent across campuses, and a continuity of service through optimisation of an agile workforce.
This position reports to the Operations Manager, Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality and Personal Services.
We have an exciting temporary full-time opportunity (parental leave backfill) available until 11 September 2026 (unless otherwise determined) to join our Faculty Operations - Tourism Hospitality and Personal Services team at TAFE Queensland's South Bank Campus.
Salary
The salary range is $102,744.83 - $111,461.26 per annum, plus superannuation contributions of 12.75% of your salary.

Nil
Highly Desirable
Tertiary qualifications in business administration, human resources or frontline managements; or equivalent relevant experience is highly desirable.
Experience in managing large diverse administrative teams with a customer focus.
