Maxima is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to complete a 3-year, fulltime Civil Construction Apprenticeship.

This exciting opportunity based in the North-Eastern suburbs will see you joining a highly skilled, growing team to assist with concreting projects across residential and council work sites including driveways, footpaths, and kerbs. Become a specialist in all foundation and fixture services to kickstart your trades career.

Throughout this entry-level apprenticeship you will gain on-the-job experience, have access to a dedicated Maxima consultant, and work towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations** with a concreting focus.

**Duties Include**:

- Site and base preparation
- Set up concrete form work
- Read and work to set plans
- Lay foundations and slabs
- Use of concrete tools and machinery
- Level and finish concrete
- Assist with other specialty finishings

**About You**:
- Loves working hands-on
- Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
- Displays initiative and problem-solving skills
- Strong track record of being punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to move repetitively
- Strong verbal communication skills

**Role Requirements**:
- Provisional or c-class driver’s licence with reliable vehicle
- Any labouring or industry experience (desirable)
- Must satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment
- Physically fit and healthy due to manual labour work
