**The Opportunity**

We are about to embark on a significant growth trajectory, with new long-term projects secured, spanning across Government, Civil and Domestic sectors, and our Field Team of Arborists and Stump Grinder Operators are key to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Working around underground services
- Delighting our customers in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Completing all Jobs on time and in in full, to an impeccable standard
- Complying with all Company processes, SOPS and Safety standards
- Respecting, maintaining and caring for all Company fleet and equipment

We currently have multiple positions available to join our **Stump Grinding Team** and this presents a fantastic opportunity to establish a great career pathway.

**Skills & Experience**
- Industry experience and an understanding of heavy machinery and equipment advantageous
- White Card, Chainsaw Operation Ticket and First Aid Certificate - highly desirable
- A current and unrestricted MR Driver’s licence, or be willing to obtain
- Current National Police Clearance and DCIS Working with Children’s Clearance - or willing to obtain
- High level written and oral skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills
- T. Literacy including the use of iPad
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg regularly and safely.
- Capability to stand, walk, or be on feet for extended periods of time.
- Perform repetitive motions, such as bending, crouching, or reaching.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery regularly and safely.
