**The Opportunity**
Veris are seeking an experienced Survey Draftsperson to assist with our extensive and exciting project portfolio across Queensland. The primary purpose of this position is to service mid to large scale projects and produce survey plans using the latest technology. This role is an office base position with no field work expected or required.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience with AutoCAD / BricsCAD
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
- Experience working with, searching for, and interpreting survey data within Queensland to produce drawings and models in an accurate and timely manner, including:

- Cadastral Survey Plans (SP’s, IS’s, Building Leases, BFP’s, Volumetric, etc).
- Contour & Detail plans.
- As constructed plans for large subdivisions (including ADAC would be highly regarded).
- Disclosure plans along with interpretation of Civil engineering drawings for Land development projects.
- Other relevant Land Development & surveying plan and diagram production.
- Willingness to contribute to ongoing process and procedure improvement.
- Experience working with Magnet and/or 12D would be advantageous, but not essential.
