**About the role**

As General Manager your mission is to deliver on the RCT Business and support the realization of joint value creation within Epiroc. You contribute to scaling the digital and automation business globally through close collaboration with other divisions and Epiroc Customer Centers. You hold customer centricity and customer satisfaction as a leading star and provide value to our customers through an integrated automation portfolio. You have full responsibility for the consolidated operations, driving efficient operating models and management of business risk.

In this role, you will scale the business by role modeling collaboration with customer centers, divisions and functions as one Epiroc, and ensure a commercially focused organization with the right digital competencies and a culture of agility and innovation.

Reporting to Vice President Automation DSD, Epiroc, you will have approx. 8 direct reports.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sustainable profitable growth taking the success that has been achieved within RCT and scaling up this capability within Epiroc.- Cocreate a new culture within RCT that builds off that of RCT and Epiroc.- Build a collaborative mindset in the organization where everyone lives up to the values of Epiroc.- Lead the journey to be the industry benchmark in Safety, Health, and Sustainability in line with Epiroc goals.- Develop a consolidated automation product and technology roadmap for agnostic automation that is in line with the market needs.- Establish and maintain pricing & commercial management process for all products and services and optimize product cost without impacting quality.- Enable growth built on a solid understanding of market potential, supported by strong territory management plans to grow market share, and increase consolidated profitability globally.- Drive change and actively participate in the development of an aligned, integrated roadmap for the future Epiroc Automation & Digital portfolio for Automation and Telemetry including the best combined solutions for customers.

**Experience and requirements**
- Experience in the mining and/or construction sector, particularly in Automation business.
- Strong commercial background with experience from scaling/developing business.
- Change management skills and experience.
- Proven track record of fostering customer-centric environments.
- Demonstrated transformational leadership in complex matrix organizations.
- Experience in senior stakeholder management, great at internal networking and collaboration.
- Experience in building and growing high-performing teams.
- Agile, open-minded, collaborative.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
