**About the Role**

Join our team as an **Allied Health Assistant (AHA)** and make a real difference in the lives of **NDIS participants**. You’ll work in clients’ homes and communities, supporting therapy programs designed by Physiotherapists and other Allied Health Professionals.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver home and community-based therapy support.
- Assist with mobility, exercises, daily living skills, and goal-based activities.
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve independence.
- Provide feedback and progress notes to supervising therapists.

**What You’ll Need**
- Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance (or similar, preferred).
- Experience with NDIS, disability support, or aged care (advantage).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Driver’s license, reliable car, and willingness to travel.
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and WWCC (or willing to obtain).
