**As Administration Officer, you will**:
- Provide a range of administrative services including mail receipt and distribution, telephony support, file management, procurement, invoice payment and budgeting.
- Maintain and update information using the Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and other software as required in the preparation of correspondence, reports and to facilitate financial activity.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory is available to support operational requirements.
- Contribute to community engagement activity and attend events as required.
- Liaise, consult, and maintain effective relationships with team members, internal and external clients and other stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with sensitivity and diplomacy, whilst remaining calm and composed when responding to customers/callers in crisis.
- Identify and achieve own work goals through planning, prioritisation, and organisation.
- Actively participate in and contribute to the good governance and objectives of the department and business unit.
