The opportunity:
You will be joining our Group Life Insurance team and be responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of group life insurance claims.

To do this successfully you will:

- Assess and settle group life insurance claims arising from policies in force.
- Make recommendations on policies and guidelines to group life insurance claims.
- Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA.
- Process all group life insurance claims documents timely.
- Answer inquires relating to claims processing.

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

- Experience within life insurance is highly desirable
- Claims assessing experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Experience working with and interpreting multiple policies.
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
