**Homestead Pet Retreat (Kip Happy Stays)**:
**Hybrid Position: Driver/Animal Attendant**:

And we are now looking for a Driver/Animal Attendant to join our team at our site Homestead Pet Retreat in the beautiful Wonga Park.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transport animals from homes to our facility
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Handle animals in line with company policies and procedures
- Follow the company's collection procedures and protocols
- Optimise the collection and drop-off schedule
- Provision of food and water for pets in care
- Health checks and general animal husbandry
- Providing enrichment through play and scheduled activities
- Frequent cleaning and upkeep of facility to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety

**Attributes/skills required**:

- Animal handling experience of dogs and cats highly regarded
- Honest with a high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding level of customer service
- Ability to safely drive long distances
- Problem solver

**Key requirements**:

- Full drivers licence with clear driving record (probationary drivers will not be considered)
- Must have vehicle to access site
- Must be available over holidays & Christmas period

**Further details**:

- Adult Casual rate is $28.24 per hour, as per the Road and Transport Award
