What will you be doing?
As a Retail Assistant Store Manager your key responsibility is to support the Retail Store Manager to lead a Vodafone store team to achieve and exceed sales targets, by maintaining an exceptional level of customer satisfaction in a professional sales environment with a positive atmosphere.
You'll be supporting the management of a friendly and high performing, supportive team, whilst interacting directly with our customers. With the ability to earn commission on every sale, you will be able to help our customers and at the same time earn what you want on our uncapped commission model, by ensuring store and individual sales targets are met. In this role you will be staying up to date on all of the latest and greatest devices through Vodafone's world class learning platform, taking a genuine interest in our customers wants and needs, reviewing customer accounts to ensure they are receiving the best value across our suite of products and services, as well as providing support on existing accounts with servicing/billing enquiries and educating customers on our self-service platform.

Who are we looking for?
Our Retail Assistant Store Managers are enthusiastic, driven, love customer service and managing a team. In-depth training will be provided to enable you to really succeed in this role. To be considered for this role you'll have a genuine desire to deliver first-class customer service and have a passion for our products. You will need to have availability across 5 days on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, peak trade days or evenings and public holidays.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a Retail Telecommunications role.
