We’re opening a brand-new Stylerunner store at Westfield Marion — and we’re looking for a confident, customer-obsessed Assistant Manager to help lead from the floor.

**About the Role**:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the go-to support for your Store Manager and a role model for your team. From styling and service to floor standards and KPIs, you’ll help run the show and create a space where every customer feels seen, empowered, and inspired.
You’ll step up in leadership, own your role, and grow fast with a brand that’s redefining fashion retail.
**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, Keyholder or Assistant Manager level)
- Confidence on the floor and passion for delivering top-tier service
- A love for styling, wellness, and premium activewear culture
- Ability to lead a team, coach in real-time & support performance goals
- Operational strength — rostering, stock, shrinkage & floor execution
- A make-it-happen attitude and strong attention to detail
- Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday availability

- Help manage stock flow, rostering, shrinkage & compliance
- Create a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and purpose
