NOJA Power have a job opening for an afternoon shift **Commercial Handyman** to join our friendly team at our factory facility in Murarrie QLD.

The Maintenance Officer is responsible for assisting and coordinating with the Facilities Manager the maintenance and repairs of the buildings and production lines.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate competence as a tradesperson and experience in a similar role. The Commercial Handyman will be responsible for making decisions in relation to the execution of the maintenance activities and breakdown support for the afternoon shift of the production line.

While experience in Building Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Fire services & Security will be highly regarded, we are first and foremost searching for someone friendly and approachable who has:

- Ability to take initiative and be pro-active
- Can work autonomously but also communicate effectively with the team
- Good organisational skills and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills
- Current Driver's Licence
- Basic handyman skills
- A willingness to learn and problem solve
- A ‘hands on’ approach, with attention to detail
- Problem solving skill
- Technical/mechanical aptitude
