Maintenance/Handyman – Brisbane to Gold Coast

About the Role

365 Alongside is seeking a Maintenance All-Rounder who thrives on variety, takes pride in their work, and is ready to be part of a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role across multiple trade scopes—no two days are the same.

You'll be working on:

  • General building and property maintenance
  • Basic carpentry, plaster patching, painting
  • Door repairs, fence fixes, hardware replacement
  • Small-scale make goods and insurance works
  • Working across commercial, residential and body corporate sites

About You

  • Strong background in general building or trade maintenance
  • Competent in a range of repair and trade tasks
  • Problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, well-presented and takes pride in a job well done
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle
  • White Card essential
  • Working rights in Australia
