**About the opportunity**

In your new role you will be supported to empower, lead, guide and influence a dynamic and adaptable team of therapists who work with and assist NDIS participants in the community around working in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, with their local office based in Mill Park.

**Your role as a Team Leader**:

- Provide clinical leadership and share your knowledge to support therapists.
- Deliver therapy to a small caseload of participants.
- Extensive opportunities for discipline specific and multidisciplinary professional development.

- Work together with the Regional Manager to meet the demand for our services.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support your team to achieve their KPI’s.
- Attend team huddles, discipline specific and multidisciplinary case conference.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to share knowledge and ideas.
- Celebrate wins with your participants, families, your colleagues, and our leadership team.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Tertiary qualified degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy
- Registered with governing body (AHPRA, SPA)
- Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated previous experience in leading clinical teams within the healthcare and disability sector
- Demonstrated relevant previous clinical experience in the disability sector
- Ability to influence, lead, mentor and develop teams of people
- Ability to compile, analyse and present statistical data relevant to KPIs
- Experience or knowledge with risk prevention or management
- Police Check
- Driver’s License and car
- Working with Children’s Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
