As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking appropriately qualified and highly motivated people to successfully manage our Repair & Maintenance team based in Jandakot.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:

- Manages staffing, employee needs; mentors and provides guidance to the Repair & Maintenance Team
- Manages all operational needs through efficient and effective people, inventory, and financial management.
- Forecasts, develops, and manages equipment maintenance budgets and department budget
- Manages inventory levels
- Ensures duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Promoting and taking an active part in the quality improvement process.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- 7+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Technician in down-hole equipment and tools, with previous Oil & Gas Services industry experience
- Prior management experience within an international organisation.
- Knowledge and experience in materials, logistics and inventory management.

**Salary**: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
