**FlexiHome Care** provides a wide range of in-home and community care support services to disabled people of all ages. We provide flexible disability support services that are centred on the client's needs and want. We provide our participant services beyond what is expected from us as we want to give them the best life they can achieve within our capability.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

Provide **person-centred** care to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations
- Contributing information for the development of Customer support plans
- Providing support to customers with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication and other support as required
- Keeping customer records up to date on a daily basis
- Developing and maintain professional relationships and networks with customers, families, caregivers and key stakeholders
- With support & guidance from our growing Team, seek out innovative ways to enhance the customer journey

**Requirements**:

- Completed Cert 3 or 4 in disability, Individual support ,Aged Care, Nursing
- Acess to your own vehicle ( License and Comprehensive Insurance)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
- At least 6 months experience in disability, aged care or nursing sector**.**:

- Proof of Vaccination ( COVID 19)
- Working with Children's Check (or willing to apply)

COVID-19 considerations:

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Aged Care and Disability: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
