Erskine Park, Australia 3PC Full time

We are seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators and Container Unloaders to join our team at 3PC in Lockwood. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport materials and unloading containers efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
- Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
- Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.

**Expected Start date**:Immediately

**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday 6.00 am - 2.00 pm

**Requirements**:

- Must be over the age of 18
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.
- Ability to hold, maintain and/or obtain a forklift licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks - 10-25kgs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive pay and benefits - Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $32.38 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $32.38 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.
