3rd Party Containers **(3PC)**is seeking motivated and skilled **Container Loader/Unloaders** to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Shift Times**:

- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10.00pm

**Locations**:

- Erskine Park AM & PM
- Kemps Kreek AM
- Campbelltown AM

**Contract Type**: Casual contract with full-time hours available.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
- Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
- Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.

**Requirements**:

- Must be over the age of 18
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 30kgs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Forklift Licence (More experience is a plus such as **slip-sheet operating**)

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive pay and benefits - Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $33 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $33 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
