**The Opportunity**:
Greenhouse is looking for an Account Executive on a fixed-term contract until the end of December. This person is responsible for the coordination of integrated advertising projects and support across administrative tasks.

**A snapshot of what you'll do**:

- Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business at an operational level
- Actively monitors the competition and keeps the team informed on market trends and new competitor activity
- Actively seeks to participate in internal training & external educational opportunities - particularly focused on agreed areas of development
- Coordinate project resource, ensuring key departments and stakeholders are aware of project scope, timings and budget
- Accurate and timely filing of documentation
- Coordinates the wider Account Management team to ensure that timings are met each month for revenue analysis and forecasting
- Plus much more

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Work experience as an under-graduate, or experience working as Intern or Account Executive level in an Advertising, PR, Marketing, Communications or similar environment
- Worked in a multi disciplinary team environment
- Experience working on advertising campaigns and comms projects is ideal
- Strong time management and organisational skills
