Our client is an Australian based luxury skin care company who is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to lead their team within their Bondi Store. This client emulates the senses through botanical skin care products used to relax, soothe and treat the skin, hair and body. Priding themselves on culture, values, charity and environment impact.

**About The Role**:
We are looking for someone who is sales driven, who strives to achieve and exceed sales and KPI results. Someone who leads from the front and can give a wonderful customer experience throughout. Immaculately presented and is strong within their communication to build and nurture relationships with the team and customers. My client focuses on professional development and growth opportunities within the business. We are looking for someone who is motivated to build a strong team with the Store Manager.
- Previous Management and customer service experience required
- Passion for driving sales through event management
- Taking a meticulous approach to each aspect of your role
- Creatively minded and open to learning new products
