The Role

We are looking for a full time Practice Manager to join our Rouse Hill Town Medical & Dental Centre and support 25 GP s / Health Practitioners (allied & specialists) to bring business improvements and business growth into our medical & dental Centre. The practice has recently undergone a significant refurbishment which has added additional consulting rooms, refreshed furniture and updated treatment room facilities to the location.

Reporting to the Regional Manager NSW you will be responsible for dealing with all day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional Medical Centre and all aspects of employee management including, talent development, mentoring performance management and Centre improvements and managing the P & L’s.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify, review and trouble-shoot operational issues
- Identify areas of improvement and drive change
- Monitor practice safety and standards across the clinic
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor rosters and budgets
- Recruitment & management of 10 -15 Staff / including casuals
- Ability to work within documented policies and procedures (SOP’s)
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including State Managers, Regional Managers and internal stakeholders within the Centre
- Proven Leadership and Management experience ideally in healthcare industry
- Applicants from other health or service industry background are also encouraged to apply
- Qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management
- Strong organisational, time management skills, Proficient software skills
- Solid communication and customer service skills with a passion for customer service, people and results
