**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:
- Conduct Workshop and understand customer legacy environment for SDWAN transformation
- Design, build and maintain deployment labs for validating designs and reproducing issues.
- Create the High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Define the cutover plan and participate in the cutover calls (after hours possible)
- Track the deployment progress (number of sites, software releases). Recommend and plan software upgrades as necessary.
- Review changes in customers' requirements, and feature needs, and communicate with the account team and product management
- Tackle challenging network issues that may span multiple network devices and not just SD-WAN
- Interacting with various functions in VMware clients and partners such as project manager, network engineers, director of network architecture, and CIO
- NV1 Clearance (ESC) is a must to support Australia's Federal customers
