**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Reception**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Check patients in and out, ensuring all forms and information are completed accurately.
- **Appointment Management**:

- Schedule and confirm appointments, optimizing the dentist's schedule.
- Handle cancellations and reschedule appointments as needed.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and other billing tasks.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide patients with information about procedures, policies, and aftercare instructions.
- Address and resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
- Order and stock office supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
- Proficient in dental software systems (e.g., D4W) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
