This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Retail Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal store performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing store strategies, handling inventory, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining store standards. Apart from any other assigned works, the manager will also address and resolve customer issues, receive stocks, deal with suppliers, ordering stock using SmartRetail Software, stock filling, oversee cash handling, and ensure compliance with retail loss prevention procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention methods
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of SmartRetail software and POS system is essential

Pay: $54,682.47 - $84,297.30 per year
