BaptistCare, one of Australia’s largest providers of Home Care, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work alongside a highly capable and motivated senior leadership team with responsibility for delivery of care to over 10,000 older Australians. This high level, pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services across our portfolio of home care services.

**About the role**:

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the BaptistCare at home Operations team in NSW, ACT and WA.
- Drive the delivery of customer-focused services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure sound operational and financial results, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness across all services.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the home care, aged care or healthcare sectors.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of leaders.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets.
- Strong change management capability.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Applied knowledge of the Aged Care Industry, including legislation, funding models and regulation applicable to Home and Community Care.
