**About the Role/Duties**:
Our client is looking for a Demand Planner with an open mind, an enthusiastic individual with the willingness to learn and grow as you come to make a difference to the business in this newly create role.

Execution of demand forecasting and the generation of rolling sales plans at both SKU and aggregate levels;
Working closely with Sales & Marketing to uncover demand drivers and generate a Demand Forecast;
Alignment of commercial plans and initiatives with forward sales plans;
Manage markdowns with the view to achieving objectives in terms of sales, stock levels, and gross profit;
Validated POS Data and uncover insights to support informed decisions by management;
Maintain S&OP Tool and Demand Forecast; and

Work closely with other Supply Team members to support the end-to-end flow of products from suppliers to customers.

Skills & Experience

Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills;
Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written);
Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerBI and proficient in the wider Microsoft Office suite;
Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation as part of a team and independently; and

Proven ability to analyse data & trends converting to effective recommendations to the business.

**Essential experience and skills**:
Minimum 5-year planning experience ideally in FMCG;
Experience and effective utilisation of ERP systems and tools (Microsoft Axapta, D365).
