**How will I help?**

At Westpac, we want to help all our customers with their banking needs. It’s important to us that our customers make the most out of their money, and as Personal Banker, you play an essential part in achieving this.

As a Personal Banker, you will speak with customers both in-branch and over the phone to connect them with the right products. You will provide expert financial advice and seamless customer service. As someone who is passionate about building amazing relationships, you’ll make it clear that you understand what our customer’s needs are now, and what their plans are for tomorrow.

**What do I need?**

Experience in customer service is a must - especially if it involved you putting your passion into making sales as well.
