**Total Tools Marsden Park** are looking for a **Full-Time Sales Representative **who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with various team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

**What will you be doing?**
- Leading and overseeing sales transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing expert advice and in-depth information on a wide range of products.
- Addressing and resolving complex customer queries and offering tailored solutions.
- Managing and optimizing store displays to maintain a professional and appealing environment.
- Overseeing the processing and maintenance of customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

- Proficient with technology, with strong computer literacy skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays.
