**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and support to NDIS participants.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Support individuals with physical disabilities and mental health challenges.
- Implement and follow individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of participants.
- Foster a supportive and positive environment to enhance participants’ quality of life.

**Madaroty Requirements**:

- Male, aged under 45 years.
- Identifies as Aborignal or Torres Strait Islander
- Relevant qualifications in disability support, nursing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-care roles, particularly with physical and mental health issues.
- Proven experience working with young people aged 15 - 24 years
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid Queensland driver’s license and reliable registered/insured vehicle with roadside assistance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Working with Children Blue Card
- National Criminal History Check
