**About the business**
QC Comms are leaders in the Telecommunications optical fibre and wireless technology industry with offices located in NSW, QLD, ACT and VIC.

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional store person to join our operations team located at our new office warehouse based in Gregory Hills.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment, be computer literate and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

**You be responsible for**
- Picking and packing orders for delivery or pickup
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
- Organising and maintaining materials and products in warehouse
- Loading, unloading and placement of products from delivery vehicles and trucks
- Data entry into company inventory systems to update stock levels
- Communicating with suppliers and project team to resolve any discrepancies or material supply issues
- Recording, documenting and notifying of damaged goods
- Operating forklift and pallet jack
- Maintaining the warehouse, keeping it clean and safe

**Your experience**

We are looking for someone who will fit our culture and has a positive and helpful demeanour. We want you to take pride in our warehouse, be safety conscious, environmentally aware and happy to jump in and help out on any ad hoc tasks that arise.
- 3+ years experience in a logistics/warehouse role
- Forklift licence essential
- Current Open Drivers Licence
- Experience in inventory software, databases and systems preferred
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience with receipt / dispatch of goods
- Truck licence preferred (however we will support/pay for you to obtain one of these)
- Ability to perform manual handling to a weight you are comfortable with
