Catering HQ is looking for a proactive and experienced Pick Packer / Warehouse Storeperson to join our talented and dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, chilled environment and enjoys working as part of a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role is a mix of hands on and admin duties.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accurately picking and packing daily orders in a low temperature environment **(-18 degrees)**:

- Perform stock rotation to maintain product freshness
- Conduct inventory counts and stocktaking as required
- Ensure general operational tidiness of stock, facilities, and warehouse
- Assist with receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks
- Monitor and reduce waste and product loss
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- A valid forklift licence (essential)
- Previous experience working in low temperature environments **(-18 degrees)** is essential
- Ability to work in cold storage environment for extended periods
- Strong manual handling skills, including stacking chilled and frozen products
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely
- Be highly focused on safety, quality & hygiene compliance
- Effective communication skills
- Trouble shooting skills and ability to use initiative
- Ability to work unsupervised as required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to health and safety, following safety procedures and wearing correct PPE.
