A prominent entity in the industrial solutions sector, our client specialises in transforming workspaces and accommodations. Renowned for innovative modular structures and comprehensive workforce solutions, they cater to a wide range of industries, including energy, construction, and resources. They are looking to bring on an Operations Manager to help them with their continued growth.
**The role**:
Working as the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all fleet, HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) requirements, preventative maintenance, warranty service, and renovation. You will work closely with your team and demonstrate excellent leadership skills whilst maintaining a focus on Safety.
We’re looking for someone with a background in either transport, manufacturing or construction, who is hands-on with exceptional communication skills. You will be comfortable in working in a dynamic project based environment and have strong stakeholder management skills to deal with internal teams as well as manufacturers and clients. You must also hold a clean NSW Drivers Licence as well as Australian permanent residency / citizenship. In addition, a “nice to have” would be a Forklift licence.
