As an Online Trade Activation Manager in our Professional Products Division, you will be at the forefront of our digital commercial efforts, leading online retail media planning and execution from end to end. Reporting to the Head of Category and Retail Activation, you will be responsible for overseeing the full campaign lifecycle, from initial planning and creative briefings to optimization and post campaign analysis.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of online retail media for Professional Products Divisions’ Brands across omni-channel retail clients.
- Spearhead online trade marketing and retail media for key accounts, including campaign and asset execution in collaboration with the Category & Activation Business Manager.
- Drive best practices for product and brand page implementation.
- Actively participate in retailer execution WIPs with client activation leads.
- Provide expert recommendations for annual and in-year budget allocation and ensure diligent tracking and monthly measurement of retail media budgets, including fair value assessments.
- Oversee the execution process for online retail media assets, product pages, and brand pages, collaborating closely with agencies, brands, and clients.
- Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines, industry best practices, and client requirements.
- Work with the Category Activation Business Manager and Brand teams to maximize online executions by integrating them with offline and media events, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel approach.

ABOUT YOU
- In-depth knowledge of retail media channels and design with a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset grounded in data analysis to inform of future recommendations and decisions.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
