Troocoo are currently assisting multiple large Queensland State Government Departments recruit for a number of Project Support Officers (AO4). These are exciting opportunities to provide a high level of administrative support to the various project teams. These roles are commencing ASAP for either a permanent or 12-month initial temporary contract with opportunity to extend

This role will be located in Brisbane CBD or North Brisbane, Queensland.

**About the role**:

- Provide high-quality administrative support to the project team, including correspondence, high level project documentation, including briefing notes and submissions and high level data analysis and project performance reporting.
- Develop project schedules and regularly monitor and report on the project budget, schedule and resource usage against key performance measures.
- Manage project activities to support the Delivery Support team, including industry briefings, risk workshops, training activities and project openings.
- Assist the team with procurement, HR and finance activities.
- Carry out business administration functions such as maintaining work method statements and procedures and registers.

**About you**
- Previous experience in project support/program support within large teams.
- Government experience is highly regarded.
- Ability to provide high-quality administrative support with strong attention to detail.
- Government systems experience across correspondence.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage work priorities.
