Alinta Energy is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for our next Customer Service superstars to join our Morwell family on an ongoing basis. Not only is this an exciting opportunity for you to further and grow your career, but you will also be working in a state-of-the-art facility and have a variety of free snacks & drinks paid for by Alinta Energy

If you’ve ever wanted to try something new or take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you These positions will be providing exceptional customer service over the phone and online, whilst demonstrating the value of the Alinta Energy brand to our customers. You will be working at a full time, ongoing capacity with the flexibility to work a rotating hybrid work from home model.

All successful applicants will begin their Alinta Energy career by attending our comprehensive paid training program delivered by a team of training specialists to make you an expert in the field before you even touch the phone.

**New Hours of Operation**:work a refined rotating roster of 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional half day on Saturday (8:00am-12:00pm) from home. A better work life balance? That’s Better.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handle incoming customer calls and online enquiries, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Deliver on KPIs and targets relating to sales, responsiveness, quality, and customer excellence
- Own customer queries, delivering a first call resolution and highlighting potential repeat call drivers
- Demonstrate the value of the Alinta Energy brand and services at every customer interaction
- Own and drive self-development with a can-do attitude
- Maintain effective workplace relationships with the team and leaders to ensure positive customer outcome
