As a Technical Lead, you will take a leading role on a range of technology and/or business projects and will be a key contributor towards achieving both business goals and advancing the BSS & Digital architecture and strategy.

As a Technology Lead, you can be assigned to one or more projects. As the size and technical needs of projects can vary significantly, we require a level of flexibility where Technology Leads need to be able to support projects at varying levels, as required.
- The clarity of the solution across technical resources and other stakeholders
- The degree to which the quality (and clarity) of the solution minimises changes and issues during development, testing, and release
- The degree to which the solution maintains and improves customer experience
- The definition of the near-term technology strategy and roadmap
- The solution adheres to architecture standards and policies, as well as other policies and standards (e.g., TSSR, Security, Regulatory Codes etc), whilst advancing the IT & Digital target architecture and strategy

**Responsibilities**
- Solution artifacts Responsibility:

- Lead the development of the solution and/or support Solution Architects with the development of the solution
- This could include leading the technical component for an RFI/RFP
- Solution achieves a balance of time, cost, and quality
- Minimises changes and issues during development, testing and release
- Solution maintains and improves customer experience
- Aligned toward the advancement of the BSS & Digital Enterprise Architecture
- Ensure the solution is communicated to technology and business stakeholders, and documented accordingly
- Adheres to architecture standards and policies, as well as other policies and standards (e.g., TSSR, Security, Regulatory Codes etc)
- As a Technology Lead, you will be required (potentially with the support of a Principal Architect) to follow the process of Architecture and Security reviews, firstly via the self-assessment tool. If required to bring any significant architectural change or where there are security concerns, to present to the Architecture Review Board adhering to the governance process and recommendations.

- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
- Review and approve capacity and lifecycle reports produced by Operations o Providing input into annual and long-range or strategic planning exercise
- Technical vendor management and solution governance

**Knowledge and experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in the Billing Domain specifically on the Kenan Billing System
- Experience in designing and configuring pricing for Telco Products
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of Billing to be able to deliver end to end Billing solutions
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues related to the platform
- 3+ years’ experience in a Technology Lead role
- Experience in architecture patterns and frameworks, such as SOA, TM Forum, TOGAF, UML, ArchiMate highly desirable
- Experience in conceptualizing, launching, and driving business and product architecture and confidently being able to influence multi-year roadmaps
